In 1996 the Diolaiti family bought the building, which had been deserted for 25 years, wishing to bring it back to life.

Menu includes dishes from land and sea and, on request, vegetarian cuisine, equally tasty and flavorful.

The hotel offers 20 rooms (single, double, twin and triple): 15 are situated in the main building and 5 in the dependence. Dipped in the country, only 10 minutes’ drive from Pisa, you will find a wonderful Villa dating back to the beginning of the XX century.

The Restaurant, flagship of the villa, offers menus able to combine tradition and innovation, love for authenticity and creativity. Love for simple and genuine things blends with refined products for the most demanding palates, creating unique and tasty dishes. The research for raw materials represents the strong aspect apart from the carefully selected staff, able to offer the guests peculiar and refined flavours.

Well-experienced master, he manages the restaurant. The dishes he proposes, realised with ingredients that are always fresh and chosen according to the season, represent the perfect union between the tradition of typical local flavours and the new culinary trends. His home-made pasta, bread and focacce, meat from local farms and selected fish make every occasion unforgettable.

For years, she has worked in the hotel, offering an impeccable, accurate, precise and quality service. Thanks to her tastefulness and creativity, she ensures that guests are immersed in an elegant and refined atmosphere. As regards special occasions, she takes care of the set-up and of every detail, so that the day will stay indelible among their most beautiful memories.

Receptionist
Her main task is to welcome and help Italian and foreign guests during their stay, with kindness and courtesy, patience and diplomacy. She manages contacts with tour operators and travel agencies, updates internet portals, takes care of communication and advertisement through the website and the main media.
