From Pisa: Enter the Florence–Pisa–Livorno dual carriageway and follow the signs for Florence. Take the Cascina exit. At the roundabout take the first exit (to the right). Continue straight crossing a stone bridge. Turn left onto "Via Rotina". Turn right onto "Via Piccina". Villa Maya is 400 m on the right.
From Viareggio: Enter the A12/E80 towards Livorno. Take the Pisa Centro exit towards Pisa Airport. Join the A12 Genoa–Livorno. Take the exit for the Florence–Pisa–Livorno dual carriageway and follow the signs for Florence. Take the Cascina exit. At the roundabout take the first exit (to the right). Keep left to continue on A30. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for E45/A1/Rome/Caserta Nord and merge onto A1/E45. Take the exit towards Florence/Scandicci/FI-PI-LI. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Pisa/Livorno/Scandicci Centro and merge onto the Florence–Pisa–Livorno dual carriageway. Take the Lavoria exit towards Cenaia.
