The Pisan Hills are celebrated for their elegant wines, while San Miniato is the home of white truffle. By combining these two excellences, a unique experience is born, to be lived in the name of taste and refinement, immersed in Tuscany’s most authentic landscapes.

• Two nights in a Junior Suite or Suite with park views, gourmet breakfast served in-room or in the garden.
• Private truffle hunting in the woods of San Miniato: accompanied by an expert truffle hunter and his dogs, you’ll experience the thrill of finding and tasting precious white truffle. At the end, truffle tasting with a glass of sparkling wine.
• Wine tour among the boutique wineries of the Pisan Hills: a private sommelier will guide you through the discovery of historic vineyards, winemaking techniques and tastings of Chianti and other renowned labels, paired with local products.
• Gourmet dinner at Villa Maya: Chef Susy will prepare a tasting menu entirely dedicated to truffle and regional flavors, with wine pairing selected by our sommelier. Each course will be presented by the chef herself, for a truly immersive experience.
