Ciccia e patate is the first of a series of themed dinners dedicated to seasonal cuisine and conviviality, conceived as an ongoing journey rather than a one-off occasion. Each dinner will have a clear identity, a menu aligned with the season, and an atmosphere designed to be shared without rushing.

January, with its rich flavors and the desire for honest, comforting dishes, is the perfect time to begin.

A menu that tells the story of Tuscan tradition

The dinner on Saturday, January 24, 2026 is conceived as a linear and recognizable gastronomic narrative, where each course naturally leads into the next.

The evening opens with a welcome aperitif featuring beef tartare and sparkling wine, created to welcome guests and prepare the palate.
This is followed by a tasting of Tuscan specialties, including selected cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta, savory flan, and pappa al pomodoro—dishes that belong to the local culinary culture and need no reinterpretation.

The main course is a locally sourced scottona steak, served with roasted potatoes and salad. An essential and straightforward dish that embodies the very idea of the evening: honest cooking, recognizable ingredients, and generous portions that invite guests to linger at the table.

Dessert concludes the journey with a chocolate pudding served with whipped cream, a simple and indulgent finale that reflects the spirit of the dinner.
